Porfirio Rafael Aguilera

Porfirio Rafael Aguilera has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Following this, from 1984 to 1987, Porfirio enrolled at Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia Region Capital and pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering.
