Katie Rudnicki

Katie Rudnicki has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Katie most recently worked at StratusLIVE as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, they held the positions of Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, and Training Coordinator at the same company. In these roles, they led the implementation and optimization of software for enterprise-level nonprofits, met with prospects and clients for various purposes, assisted the sales team in software demonstrations, and designed and developed training programs.

Before joining StratusLIVE, Katie worked at United Way of South Hampton Roads. Katie held the positions of Campaign Director, Associate Director of Operations, Relationship Manager of Operations, and Development and YLS Manager. In these roles, they managed and executed large-scale workplace campaigns, supervised team members, maintained accurate reporting mechanisms, developed partnerships with companies, and managed membership and participation in the Young Leaders Society.

Katie also gained experience at United Way of Greenville County as a Community Impact Lead Intern. In this role, they researched training and development opportunities for local nonprofit organizations, conducted interviews and surveys, and recommended initiatives for a Center for Nonprofit Leadership.

Overall, Katie Rudnicki has a strong background in project management, implementation, training, and campaign execution in the nonprofit sector.

Katie Rudnicki's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Clemson University. Katie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies in 2007. After that, they continued their education at Clemson University and obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Katie Rudnicki has also obtained certifications in the field of software and marketing. In 2016, they obtained a certification in ClickDimensions from the institution of the same name. Furthermore, in 2017, they obtained a Scribe Online Level 1 certification from Scribe Software.
