Emily Sowers

Emily Sowers is currently an Environmental Planner at Straughan Environmental, Inc. Previously, Emily worked as a Public Policy Analyst at ICF and as a VSFS Intern at the U.S. Forest Service. Emily also has experience as a Political Affairs Intern at The Borgen Project and as an Outdoor Instructor at Howard County Conservancy. Before that, Emily served as an Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts in Audio Production Technologies from Mesa Community College.
