Bryan Hoffman

Vice President Operations at Straus Family Creamery

Bryan Hoffman has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Bryan is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Straus Family Creamery since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Nutiva from April 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Nutiva, Bryan worked at Gimme Health Foods Inc. as the Director of Operations from January 2019 to April 2021.

From December 2017 to September 2018, Bryan served as the Director of Operations at Traditional Medicinals, Inc., where they were responsible for production plant activities. Prior to that role, they were the Director of Engineering from November 2014 to December 2017, overseeing engineering tasks and leading capital expansion projects. Additionally, in July 2014, Bryan briefly served as the Associate Director of Lean Manufacturing & Project Management at Traditional Medicinals, Inc.

At E. & J. Gallo Winery, Bryan held multiple roles. From March 2013 to June 2014, they worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and as the Manager of Supply Chain S&OP from July 2010 to March 2013. In these positions, they implemented various strategies to improve planning and reduce costs. Bryan also worked as a Project Manager from June 2007 to June 2010, overseeing large-scale capital projects and implementing process improvements.

Earlier in their career, Bryan worked as a Process Engineer at Bostik from June 2005 to June 2007.

Bryan Hoffman completed their undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, from 2001 to 2005. Bryan then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in International Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completing it from 2011 to 2012.
