Gerry Chavez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at Barbara's Bakery/Weetabix North America. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Inside Sales & Customer Account Manager at Innovative Molding. In 2014, Chavez joined Straus Family Creamery, initially working as a Sales & Operations Coordinator until 2017, when they were promoted to Sales Operations Supervisor.
From 2006 to 2010, Gerry Chavez attended Sonoma State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.

Straus Family Creamery is a Northern California, certified organic creamery offering cream-top milk, cream, yogurt, butter, ice cream, sour cream, and a variety of specialty & wholesale dairy products distributed throughout California and other western states. Based in Petaluma, CA, Straus Family Creamery makes its minimally-processed dairy products from organic milk supplied by 12 family farms in Marin and Sonoma Counties, including the Straus Dairy Farm, which is the first certified organic dairy farm west of the Mississippi River.
