Mark Maffeo has a significant amount of experience in the food industry, primarily working for The Kraft Heinz Company. Mark started their career at Kraft Heinz as a Retail Sales Representative in 1992 and progressed through various roles including Customer Category Manager, Retail Sales Manager, National Account Manager, and Category Sales Planner in the Kraft Cheese & Dairy Business Unit. Mark then became a National Customer Manager from 2011 to 2013, and later took on the role of Customer Development Manager for the West Region until 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Mark worked as a Customer Business Lead, overseeing the West Area. In 2018, they joined Straus Family Creamery as the Director of Retail Sales.
Mark Maffeo attended the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies.
