Nancy Szczepanski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Nancy started their career in 1991 as an Instructor/Teacher Trainer with WorldTeach, where they taught classes and implemented new teaching methodologies in Poland. From 1998 to 2003, Nancy worked as a Visiting Faculty Member at Asia University, teaching English and managing the department's office and budget. Nancy then moved to Takushoku University, where they served as a Visiting Faculty Member, developing curriculum and advising students until 2005.

In 2007, Nancy joined HEC Paris Executive Education as an International Program Manager, managing custom programs for clients such as Air France/KLM. Nancy later took on the role of managing HEC's first English language Executive MBA program and specialized Major in Aviation. From 2016 to 2017, Nancy worked at Babson College as an Associate Director of Graduate Admissions & Academic Services, where they recruited students for the Blended MBA program and provided academic counseling. In 2017, they joined The Wharton School as an Admissions Advisor for the Wharton MBA program for Executives. Finally, Nancy joined Straus Family Creamery as a Business Development Manager in 2017, overseeing business development efforts for the certified organic creamery.
