Joanna Welzbacher

Joanna Welzbacher has been serving as Team Leader for Employer Branding at STRAUSS since August 2018, overseeing internal and external branding initiatives, content creation for the employee app, job advertisement publications, educational and higher education marketing, recruitment event planning, social media recruiting, and personnel marketing. In addition, Joanna held roles as Functional Leader and HR Partner in Employer Branding. Prior to STRAUSS, Joanna contributed to a student TV project at Studio6, where responsibilities included production, editorial work, and moderation from October 2018 to June 2021. Joanna's experience also includes a brief tenure in event management at Messe Frankfurt GmbH in March 2017. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, completed in September 2021.
