Shai Babad is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as President & CEO of Strauss Group since December 2022, Shai previously held prominent positions such as Director General at the Israel Ministry of Finance from May 2015 to June 2020, and Director General of Israel's Authority for Television & Radio from June 2013 to December 2014. Prior experience includes General Manager for Israel & the Near East at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services from August 2005 to October 2012, along with serving as Head of the Budget & Economic Division. Shai's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance & Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
