Omer Gonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Omer has worked as a Digital Strategy Consultant at Strauss Strategy since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder, CFO, and BD at Transigo from 2018 to 2019, where they played a key role in developing financial partnerships and executing the strategic process. From 2013 to 2018, Omer served as the VP Global Digital Channels at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they led the organization's digital brand transformation and developed a digital strategy. Before that, they were the CFO and BD at Oplon pure science ltd. from 2010 to 2013, responsible for leading business planning and finance activities. Omer also has experience as the CEO and founder of AFTERU from 2008 to 2009, and as a Head of Planning & CRM - Marketing and Head of Economics at Orange from 2004 to 2007. Omer started their career at Orange as a Senior Analyst in the Finance Division from 2000 to 2003. Omer also worked as an Economic and Corporate Finance Consultant at PwC from 1998 to 2000.
Omer Gonen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Tel Aviv University, during the period of 1991 to 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Economics at Tel Aviv University from 1993 to 1995.
