Yael Harel

Yael Harel began their work experience in 2005 as a Systems Analyst at 012 Golden Lines. Yael then joined the Union Bank of Israel Ltd in 2007 as a Project Manager for core systems before transitioning to the role of Digital Project Manager in 2012. As a Digital Project Manager, Yael was responsible for various tasks including defining project goals, gathering requirements, managing budgets, and working with external suppliers. Yael became the Digital Team Leader in 2015 and continued in that role until 2018. Currently, Yael is employed as a Senior Consultant Digital & Customer Experience at Strauss Strategy since 2018.

Yael Harel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Technology Management from the Holon Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2005. Later, between 2008 and 2011, Yael pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from The College of Management Academic Studies.
