Claudia Allen is an experienced attorney who has worked in various legal capacities throughout their career. Claudia currently serves as Of Counsel and Partner at Strauss Troy Co., LPA, where Claudia focuses on advising employers on employment law and employee benefits. Previously, Claudia has held roles such as General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer at The Health Collaborative, Associate Attorney at Mayer Brown, and Law Clerk to Hon. Harlington Wood, Jr. at the US Court of Appeals. In addition to their legal career, Claudia has also conducted research in the field of law and worked as a visiting scholar at the American Bar Foundation. Claudia holds a JD from University at Buffalo School of Law and degrees in Graphic Design and Art History from University at Buffalo.
