Liat Menashe has extensive work experience in customer service, business excellence, and operational management. Liat is currently the Director and Head of Customer Service at Strauss Water Ltd. Their previous roles include being the Head of Customer Experience and Business Excellence at Cal (Israel Credit Cards), Director of Operational Excellence, and Head of Performance Management at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Tefen as an Associate Director, Project Manager, and Consultant. Their expertise lies in strategy execution, business analysis, and organizational methods.
Liat Menashe completed their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From 1998 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they went on to complete a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from 2003 to 2006.
