Lital Shechter

Lital Shechter has held various leadership positions in human resources and organizational development throughout their career. Lital is currently the Chief People Officer at Strauss Water Ltd. since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People and Collaboration at Strauss Group from July 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they led the global OD practice and HR of the company's top management and headquarters. Lital focused on building future-fit capabilities and structures to address business challenges through collaboration, innovation, and multiple perspectives leadership.

Before joining Strauss Group, Lital was the Human Resources Director at Strauss Water Ltd. from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they led the HR division and partnered with the top leadership team to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with business needs. Lital also implemented HR practices, programs, and platforms to create a work environment that fostered employee-organization relationships and positioned the company as an organization of choice.

Prior to joining Strauss Water, Lital worked at Amdocs, where they held multiple roles. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the HR Business Lead of a unique start-up division, leading the HR strategy and direction for a versatile unit driving the company's future strategy and products. Lital also played a key role in post-merger integration during inorganic growth activities. From 2014 to 2015, Lital was the Global Organizational Development Manager in Amdocs' global R&D group, where they designed and supported organizational changes and transformations and provided leadership strategy essential for business success.

Earlier in their career, Lital worked at Pelephone as an HR Business Partner to the Group President and as the Head of Learning and Development from 2008 to 2014. Lital was responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, leading HR processes, and driving people plans. Lital also worked as an Organizational Consultant at Tandem Consulting from 2003 to 2008 and served as a Parliamentary Assistant in the Deputy Mayor's Office at Tel Aviv Municipality from 2001 to 2003.

Lital Shechter has a Master's degree with honors in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University. Lital also pursued Advance studies in Group Facilitation at Bar-Ilan University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree with honors in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
