Lauren Pica is currently the Senior Director of Global Growth Marketing at Strava, overseeing various aspects from acquisition to retention. Prior to this, Lauren held positions at companies such as Outgage, DoorDash, Outbrain, Coloredge, and Majesco Entertainment, with a strong background in marketing and CRM. Lauren graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing.
