Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO at Strava since September 2025. Previously, Anderson held the CFO position at Nextdoor from July 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included finance, strategy, and investor relations. Prior to Nextdoor, Anderson was with Block from August 2013 to July 2019, leading finance and strategy initiatives, including capital raising and business partnerships across various functions. Anderson's career began in private equity investing at GI Partners from August 2011 to August 2013, followed by a role in investment banking at Barclays from June 2009 to July 2011. Anderson holds a B.A. in Economics and International Area Studies from UCLA.
