Matt Salazar currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Strava, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matt was the VP of Product Management and Growth at Epic Games from June 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading teams focused on player growth and monetization for Fortnite and other properties. At Nike, from May 2016 to July 2020, Matt was Vice President of Growth & Agile Program Management, driving significant revenue growth through digital and direct-to-consumer initiatives. Previous experience includes General Manager and product leader at Storm8, as well as Director of Product Management at Zynga, where Matt led the successful launch of FarmVille 2: Country Escape. Earlier in Matt's career, a position as Research Associate at Cornerstone Research was held. Matt holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
