Ajay Singh Rathore has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ajay Singh started their career at Accenture in 2013 as a SAP Security- Software Engineer Analyst, where they created roles and users, performed SOD checks, proposed security strategies, and managed Fire-Fighter Accounts. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Plasma as a Solutions Engineer/Business Analyst, where they acted as a subject matter expert for a Cloud-Based IoT platform, demonstrated the platform to prospects, and planned and delivered Proof of Concept engagements. Since 2021, they have been working at StraViso as a Product Business Analyst, where they have automated contact center operations for a telecom company, significantly reducing turnaround times and saving millions of dollars for the business.

Ajay Singh Rathore completed their Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2009 to 2013. Ajay Singh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in December 2019 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
