Jonathan Brown possesses extensive experience in IT management and consulting, holding key leadership roles at various organizations. Currently serving as People Platform Owner at Strawberry since January 2025, Jonathan previously managed IT solutions in HR and Payroll as Business Relationship Manager at NorgesGruppen, overseeing systems for approximately 43,000 employees across multiple brands. Notable roles also include CIO at 3 Norske AS, where responsibilities involved strategy and operations for iconic Norwegian brands, and Head of IT at Smart Fuel AS, managing IT for a network of petrol stations. Jonathan’s career began at Shell, where numerous positions culminated in Retail IT Manager for North Europe, overseeing IT delivery for hundreds of retail outlets. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bangor University and A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Bishop Reindorp School.
