Carl Norton is the Founder and Creative Director at STRAY, where they currently lead creative initiatives. Previously, they worked as a freelance designer at Calibre Designs, focusing on brand identity development, and served as a Brand Specialist at House of Fraser. Their experience also includes a role as an Artworker/Technical Designer at Kesslers International in London during a sandwich degree program. Carl holds a BSc in Product Design from Bournemouth University, which they completed in 2008.
