John Woodcock

John Woodcock is currently the Vice President at STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, where John focuses on structuring and executing sale-leasebacks on corporate real estate and investment sales of net lease assets nationwide. Prior to this role, John held positions at J2 Capital Advisors and JLL, specializing in net lease property sales, sale-leasebacks, and corporate finance. John graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
