Sarah Throne

Sarah Throne is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Stream Companies. Sarah has held this position for 8 years and 10 months, and prior to that they were the company's VP of Digital Marketing. Sarah has also been the Executive Director of Digital Operations & SEO, as well as the Director of Inbound and Content Marketing. Before joining Stream Companies, Sarah worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant and Marketing Consultant at Square 2 Marketing, and before that they were Interactive Marketing Manager and Interactive Marketing Intern at Lorel Marketing Group. Sarah began their career as a Marketing Intern at Waddell & Reed Financial Services.

Sarah Throne attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting. During their time at WCU, Sarah was a member of the Accounting Society and the Student Activities Council. Sarah graduated Magna Cum Laude and was on the Dean's List.

One of Sarah's most valuable business experiences was developing and presenting a new internship opportunity and program to the Director of Logistical Services for WCU Marketing students to promote the campus Recycling Program. This program was approved by WCU’s Director of Logistical Services and is pending approval from the Dean of Business and Public Affairs. The implementation of this program will provide a unique and rewarding internship opportunity to selected students, and make a significant difference in the overall awareness, usage and effectiveness of WCU’s recycling program.
