Carmen Hughes

Carmen Hughes is an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in the ball valve industry. Currently employed at Stream-Flo Industries since April 2021, Carmen possesses in-depth knowledge of the Crown-Fusion ball valve brand, handles customer inquiries, and is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP accounting software. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at Fortune Valve Canada from November 2011 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and inventory purchases while utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ACCPAC accounting software. Carmen has also developed a comprehensive understanding of ball valve certifications and standards throughout both positions. Education was obtained from the University of Alberta.
