David Shott

David Shott, SMA, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Chief Building Engineer at Stream Realty Partners since June 2022. With extensive experience in building operations, David previously held the role of Senior Building Operations Manager at Avison Young from June 2017 to June 2022 and worked as Chief Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2008 to June 2017, where responsibilities included establishing the Austin and San Antonio offices and creating preventive maintenance programs. Additional experience includes roles as President of AAFAME, Assistant Chief Engineer at Moore & Associates, and Facilities Engineer at Cirrus Logic, among others, showcasing a strong background in facility management and engineering across various organizations.
