Mark Hayes

Mark Hayes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, sales, and military service. Currently serving as a Partner at Bandera Ventures since January 2021 and as Senior Vice President at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments since January 2018, Mark has previously held roles such as Senior Associate at Stream Realty Partners and Director of Sales and Relationship Management at Fidelity Charitable. Mark's early career included a Graduate Management Apprenticeship at Fidelity Investments, where participation in a two-year rotational program developed leadership and business skills. Mark is also a veteran of the US Navy, serving as a Navy SEAL with expertise in communications and tactical operations. Mark holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and is an alumnus of Michigan State University.
