Daemon Heckman started their work experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at BAE Systems in 1989. Daemon then worked at Boeing as a Technical Specialist from 1997 to 1998. After that, they worked at Moog as a Project Engineer from 1998 to 2003. Daemon then joined LCR Electronics, Inc as the Chief Engineer, Electronic Products from 2003 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Dorman Products as an Electrical Engineer III, and was later promoted to Director, Electronics Team from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Streamlight, Inc. as a Global Engineering Project Manager.
Daemon Heckman attended Lehigh University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). During their time at Lehigh University, they focused on studying VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) and analog circuit design. Subsequently, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) at Binghamton University. Their field of study during their tenure at Binghamton University was micro-electronic design.
