Justin Powell

Justin Powell has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Justin started their career in 2001 as a Commercial Underwriter at Continental Western Group, where they were responsible for underwriting and managing a diverse book of business. Justin then joined Xerox in 2007 as a National Sales Manager, where they played a key role in growing the market for Fire Records Management Software domestically and internationally. In 2013, Justin took on the role of VP - Director of Sales at Fire Recovery USA, the nation's largest cost recovery company for fire departments. That same year, they also became the VP - Director of Sales at Streamline Automation Systems, where they helped develop a mobile and cloud-based inspection platform for state and local governments. Before these roles, Justin served as a Firefighter/NREMT at the City of Clive, Iowa. Overall, Justin's work experience showcases their expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership roles within the insurance and fire services industries.

Justin Powell attended Des Moines Area Community College from 1998 to 1999, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they went on to Drake University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations.
