Malathi Shiva

Malathi Shiva has over 10 years of experience in the software industry. Malathi started their career as a Student Intern at think3, where they worked on a project involving batch mode rendering. Malathi then became a Software Engineer at think3, where they contributed to projects aimed at improving mold base commands and developing a client-server architecture for printing drawing files.

In 2011, Malathi joined Streamline Healthcare Solutions as a Software Engineer and gradually moved up the ranks to become an Associate Director of Product Management. During their time at Streamline Healthcare Solutions, they gained experience in various roles, including Associate Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Specialist, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. In these roles, they were involved in project leadership, team training, design review, and documentation. Malathi also played a key role in aligning product design with architectural guidelines and Lean resource planning. Malathi has a strong background in software development, team management, and product management.

Malathi Shiva completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Christ University, Bangalore from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Bishop Cotton Womens Christian Law College in 2006. Malathi has also obtained additional certifications such as Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2024, Introduction to UX Design for Accessibility and WCAG 2.0 from Udemy in 2023, Lean Certification from Udemy in 2023, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2021.
