Charlie Drain

Charlie Drain has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2011, they began their career as a Math Teacher and Instructional Coach at Teach For America, where they contributed to the education sector until 2014. Charlie then joined Success Academy Charter Schools as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2017. In 2019, Charlie joined Bain & Company, where they held the positions of Manager and Consultant. During their time at Bain & Company, they managed teams, conducted M&A due diligences, oversaw Agile testing efforts, led a transformation project for a major aerospace company, and collaborated with a local government to develop plans for reopening schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Charlie is the Co-Founder and CEO of Streamline Data Science, a position they have held since 2022.

Charlie Drain received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political Science from Tulane University. Furthermore, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Columbia Business School.
