Jaime Lynn Flis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jaime Lynn began their professional career in 2012 as an Office Administration/Payroll Clerk at S&A Solutions Inc., where they handled various payroll and HRIS functions. In 2013, they joined Spark Talent Acquisition, Inc. and served as an Office Manager/Client Relations and later as a Key Account Manager, focusing on client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
In 2015, Flis joined KUKA North America as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter, managing a high volume of professional-level requisitions and developing strategic recruiting plans. Jaime Lynn also served as a Contingent Workforce Coordinator, providing support for vendor workforce administration.
In 2019, Flis transitioned to Advanced Resource Managers, Inc. as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing all recruiting functions and shaping the talent acquisition strategy. Jaime Lynn analyzed data to identify and implement systems and tools to enhance the company's recruitment efforts.
Most recently, Flis joined HTI Cybernetics, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager in 2022. And more recently, in the same year, they joined StreamlineHR Services as the Director of Operations.
