Jaime Lynn Flis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jaime Lynn began their professional career in 2012 as an Office Administration/Payroll Clerk at S&A Solutions Inc., where they handled various payroll and HRIS functions. In 2013, they joined Spark Talent Acquisition, Inc. and served as an Office Manager/Client Relations and later as a Key Account Manager, focusing on client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

In 2015, Flis joined KUKA North America as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter, managing a high volume of professional-level requisitions and developing strategic recruiting plans.
