Brett Skilbred

Brett Skilbred is an experienced professional in real estate development and management consulting with a strong focus on operational excellence and Lean practices. Currently serving as a fractional Integrator for EOS® Companies and a Senior Consultant at Streamliners Management Consulting, Brett has extensive expertise in operational manufacturing, fast turnaround, and restructuring. With a background that includes leadership roles such as President and Vice President at Jordan Sands, as well as COO/CFO at OpOne Group, Brett has demonstrated abilities in strategic planning, business development, and financial management. Previous experience also includes operational leadership roles at Indiana Limestone Company and a consultancy role at Infocomm Systems. Brett holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Indiana University and a BS in Business Information Systems from Purdue University.
