Helen Willis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Helen started their career at The Boots Company in 2000, where they worked in Business Improvement until 2004. In 2007, they joined IES Ltd. as an HR Manager and held the position for over 16 years until their departure in 2023. Most recently, Helen worked at Streamliners as a Learning and Development Lead, starting in June 2023.
Helen Willis attended the University of Aberdeen from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Biochemistry. Helen also obtained a CIPD membership from the CIPD institution, although the specific details regarding the month and year of completion are not provided.

We choose to work in high trust relationships with health, social care, and education organisations in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Over the decades Streamliners’ focus has narrowed to the health, social care and education sectors. We’ve developed a Platform of core content, standards, processes, methods, and software that enable us to deliver services and value to our customers at scale, while supporting necessary local variation. We enable our customers to collaborate through networks such as the well-established HealthPathways Community. Streamliners employs over 100 staff and contractors to develop and deliver its services. The majority are based in Christchurch New Zealand, with others in Australia and the United Kingdom. We are proud of our special partnerships with the NHS North England Commissioning Support Unit and the internationally recognised Canterbury integrated health and social care system.
