James Banks

James Banks currently serves as Program Lead for Early Career Talent Development at Quantium, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, James was the ANZ Early Careers Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where responsibilities included the design and implementation of Early Career Programs in Australia and New Zealand. James has a diverse background in talent development, having worked as a Recruiting Team Partner and People Development Specialist at eBay, where focus was on recruitment and people initiatives across the APAC region. Previous roles also include Talent Development Manager at Hudson, where James developed the talent strategy for new consultants, and Talent Development Consultant at Evolution Mining, specializing in graduate talent acquisition strategies. Early career experiences include significant roles at Pareto Law, where James led talent management functions, and a brief stint as a Due Diligence Intern at Invest Nebraska Corporation. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from both Lancaster University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with A-Levels from Ellesmere Port Catholic High School.
