Divina Axalan-Radam is a seasoned professional in the broadcasting and streaming sectors, currently serving as Programming Lead for VOD & OTT Operations at Foxtel Group since February 2024. With extensive experience as Content Operations Manager at Streamotion, Divina has overseen the launch of a binge streaming platform and developed comprehensive workflows for third-party content. Prior to this, Divina held multiple roles at Foxtel from November 2009 to December 2019, culminating in the position of Group On Air Manager, where leadership included managing a team of operations specialists and delivering high-profile campaigns such as Game of Thrones Season 8. Divina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
