Frank Attar

Frank Attar is an accomplished leader in the energy and industrial services sectors, currently serving as the President of Drillwell Energy Services since June 2012 and as the Chief Executive Officer of StreamTech Industrial since October 2020. Drillwell Energy Services specializes in oilfield services, including completions and workover fluids, while StreamTech provides environmental and maintenance services to various industrial facilities. Additionally, Frank Attar holds the position of Executive Vice President at Clearwell, a company focused on production chemicals and services in South and West Texas, since November 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger from January 2008 to January 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
