Frank Smit

Frank Smit is an experienced biomedisch technoloog with a strong background in medical technology and process optimization within healthcare settings. Currently employed at Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix since February 2019, Frank oversees the entire medical technology process and provides support and advice to medical specialists and management regarding safety and functionality. Previously, at Slingeland Ziekenhuis, Frank focused on designing and optimizing technology-related healthcare processes. Additional experience includes implementing ISO certifications at IPA Bedrijfsmanagement, managing electronic patient records at PinkRoccade Healthcare, and consulting for government organizations at O&i management consultants. Frank holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente.
