Marcha Fermina

Marcha Fermina possesses extensive experience in quality management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Manager Kwaliteit at Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix since April 2009, Marcha advises and supports the management team in strategic policy development and implementation, while overseeing the quality system and executing quality policies and client strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Hoofd Opleidingen at Sensire from January 2004 to April 2009, where Marcha led a training and development center and ensured the quality and policy development of educational tools. Marcha also worked as Projectleider, focusing on quality improvement projects in care services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Administration from Nyenrode Business University, a Master in Health Sciences from Utrecht University, and a degree in Nursing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
