Alan Weber is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Trust Corporation. Prior to joining US Trust, Mr. Weber was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer at Aetna Inc., where he was responsible for corporate strategy, capital management, information technology, e-business and financial operations. Prior to his role with Aetna, Mr. Weber held a number of senior positions at Citibank N.A. for 27 years, including Chairman of Citibank International and Executive Vice President of Citibank. He also served as a member of Citibank’s Policy Committee. Mr. Weber is a member of the board of directors at three public companies: Diebold, Inc., a global provider of integrated self-service delivery systems, security and services; Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of investor communications, securities processing and clearing and outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry; and Sandridge Energy, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Weber is also on the boards of: OnForce Inc., a technology services marketplace, which Mr. Weber helped establish; and Chairman of KGS Alpha Capital Markets LLC, a fixed-income broker-dealer. Mr. Weber is also a member of the board of DCTV, a New York City-based charitable/service organization. A native New Yorker, Mr. Weber received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
