Sydnee Baten's work experience includes serving as the Marketing Director at Street Toyota starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Et Cetera as a Sales Associate from July 2021 to May 2023, where they provided excellent customer service, managed registries, and communicated special orders. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager at LILLIE'S BOUTIQUE LLC from March 2019 to July 2021, gaining skills in communication, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

From 2020 to 2022, Sydnee Baten attended West Texas A&M University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
