Joel Owens

Joel Owens has extensive experience in the automotive industry, holding various financial and business development roles at Street Volkswagen of Amarillo. Joel is responsible for financial services, automotive transactions, sales, leasing, and managing the Business Development Center and staff. Owens is a graduate of Texas Tech University, Amarillo College, Odessa College, and Western Texas College.
