Vidisha Gaglani is currently the Chief Client Officer at Streetbees. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Future Thinking and YouGov.

Vidisha has over 9 years of experience in advertising and sponsorship insight. Vidisha specializes in working with large independent television networks. At YouGov, they were the Research lead for a large national television broadcaster and was involved with the client from the very beginning. Vidisha managed the transition of a national brand tracker, TV overnights survey and a host of ad-hoc projects.

At Streetbees, Vidisha oversees the delivery of all research outputs to ensure that they are timely and meet quality standards. This involves working with people at all levels, across different departments internally and also working with a range of stakeholders on the client side.

Vidisha has written successful proposals and presented winning pitches. Vidisha has also led the delivery of these projects for a range of media clients. In addition, Vidisha has developed and implemented processes and quality procedures that have been adopted company wide. Vidisha regularly trains new / junior staff in these procedures.

Recently, Vidisha carried out an exercise of ‘research on research’ to better advise a client on which brand and programme measures are most relevant for them. Working with a team of data scientists, Vidisha jointly developed a proposition focusing on film and cinema which they are now presenting to potential clients.

Vidisha Gaglani has a BSc Honours in Psychology from the University of Leeds and is certified from the Market Research Society (MRS) in Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research.
