Kimberly Gische possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support, currently serving as the Director of Support at StreetLight Data since June 2013. In this role, Kimberly oversees the QA processes to ensure high-quality, timely releases while delivering exceptional customer support. Prior to StreetLight Data, Kimberly worked as a Senior QA Engineer at SAP from February 2012 to May 2013 and held the position of Lead for Escalated Support at Purisma from August 2004 to February 2012, where the focus was on managing escalated support cases and achieving high customer satisfaction. Kimberly Gische holds a degree from Stanford University, having attended from 1990 to 1994, and completed education at John Burroughs School from 1984 to 1990.
