Shay Lehmann

Shay Lehmann is a Senior Data Scientist at StreetLight since January 2022, previously serving as a Data Scientist. Prior to this role, Shay worked at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority from August 2017 to January 2022 as an Associate Staff Analyst in Data Research & Development, where a significant achievement included pioneering a train matching algorithm for real-time circuit-level train locations. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at Atlas Numismatics and a Data Analytics Intern at Citi Bike in 2017, as well as serving as a Senior Title Reader at TitleVest from January 2011 to September 2014, where responsibilities included research and analysis of legal documents for title insurance. Shay holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Urban Science and Informatics from NYU Center for Urban Science + Progress and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The George Washington University.
