Jim Frager has a strong and diverse work history in the construction industry. Jim started their career in 1995 as the Vice President of Business Development at A.O. Reed & Co. From there, they became the President of Taylor Ball Construction in 1998, where they served for seven years. In 2005, they started their own company, Cornerstone CMS, Inc., and successfully developed it into a local area healthcare construction specialty firm. Jim served as President until 2009. After that, they moved on to become the Executive Vice President at Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Jim then joined Alliance Residential Company as the Vice President of Construction for the San Diego area in 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Construction Operations for the Southwest Region, including California and Arizona, at StreetLights Residential since 2015.
Jim Frager studied at UCLA from 1982 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
