Jonathan Stephens

Jonathan Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and financial management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Development at StreetLights Residential since September 2020, Jonathan oversees site assessments, project due diligence, and municipal approval processes, while coordinating design-build teams. Previously, as Director of Portfolio Management, Jonathan maximized financial performance for luxury multifamily housing developments. Earlier, Jonathan held the position of Audit Manager at KPMG US from August 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing audit processes and ensuring compliance with technical accounting standards.
