Roger Beless has a strong background in real estate and investment management. Roger started their career in 1993 at Goldman Sachs, where they served as the Co-Head of US Real Estate for nearly two decades. In 1998, they also worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Realty Japan. In 2012, Beless joined Mount Kellett Capital Management/Fortress Investment Group as a Managing Director, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at StreetLights Residential.
Roger Beless earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics/Finance from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business in 1983. Later on, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University in 1992.
