Katylyn Kuchta currently serves as an AP Literature and General 12 English Teacher at Akron Public Schools, a position held since August 2023. Concurrently, Katylyn has been teaching 8th Grade Language Arts and English at Streetsboro City Schools since August 2018. Previous experience includes roles as an English Tutor at Streetsboro City Schools and a Substitute Teacher with Rachel Wixey & Associates, where Katylyn worked across multiple districts in Portage County. In 2015-2016, Katylyn taught Academy English at Crestwood High School, focusing on designing challenging and interdisciplinary lessons. Katylyn is pursuing a Master of Arts in English with an emphasis in education at Grand Canyon University, expected to be completed by May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Baldwin Wallace University.
