Ira Starr

Now Chief Administrative Officer, Ira joined Streetsense in 2011 as CFO bringing with him 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries. Prior to Streetsense, Ira served as CFO at Tenacity Group where he provided asset management services for a 20-building portfolio, responsible for closing $150 million in financing transactions over a five-year period. Ira also worked in the internal finance group at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as the Lead Financial Officer in the public sector group. In addition to his professional roles, Ira has owned, managed, and operated multiple real estate assets ranging from commercial retail to residential.
