Ajit Naidu

Ajit Naidu serves as the EVP and CIO of Retirement, Wealth, and Digital Channel Technology at TIAA since February 2021, leading a technology team of over 5,000 to drive digital transformation through AI, data analytics, and omni-channel experiences. Naidu also holds various board positions, including membership on the boards of TIAA Trust, TIAA Global Capability Center India, StreetWise Partners, and MyVest, where contributions focus on providing technology and mentoring for underrepresented communities. Prior to TIAA, Naidu was the Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Nuveen and the founding CEO of MDC Business Management Services, significantly impacting the organizations through digital advancement and operational efficiencies. Naidu holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore.
