Introducing ProfitFinder — Strella’s Guaranteed Construction Savings Program

ProfitFinder is Strella Companies’ proprietary construction cost optimization program designed to help developers and builders materially improve project economics through smarter sourcing, procurement strategy, and installation solutions.

Through our proprietary, comprehensive project review and delivery of the ProfitFinder Savings Plan, we guarantee a minimum of 5% savings in total construction cost. By leveraging Strella’s factory-direct manufacturing relationships and supply chain and construction expertise, ProfitFinder identifies actionable opportunities across material procurement, installation pathways, and key construction cost categories. These savings directly reduce required project capital, improve yield-on-cost, enhance return on capital (ROC), and strengthen overall capital stack efficiency — without compromising quality or execution timelines.

ProfitFinder is not a pricing exercise — it is a strategic evaluation of how materials are specified, sourced, installed, and managed to maximize financial performance. The ProfitFinder Savings Plan delivers a clear roadmap for realizing identified savings, giving clients flexible options to capture value in alignment with their existing teams, vendor relationships, and execution strategy.

Strella Companies delivers ProfitFinder nationwide as part of our broader mission: helping our partners build smarter, deploy capital more efficiently, and achieve stronger project returns.

With over 75 years of combined experience across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, construction, real estate, automotive, and tech, our team has worked with private equity firms, Fortune 100 companies, and fast-scaling innovators to drive profit, growth, and long-term value.

Let’s build smarter — together.
